Dependent Child Sponsorship

My wife and I are both PRs since Feb 2018 (Express Entry - no provincial nomination). I found work in Montreal, QC and have been here since July 2018. For medical reasons we decided to have our child in India. My son was born in Oct 2018. I want to sponsor him now to live with me in Canada.

Though I live for now in Quebec I may relocate to Toronto in the next 8-10 months. If I submit a sponsorship application now, will I be considered a Quebec resident and should I follow the process given for 'Sponsors who live in Quebec'?

Alternatively is there an option to submit the application now but be considered a non-Quebec (Toronto) resident for the purposes of the sponsorship?

I am confused because my spouse's and my PR was granted under Federal Express Entry (we landed in Toronto) and it so happens that my workplace is in Quebec. We had not applied for a CSQ before so I am not sure if my dependent child will be eligible for one now.

Application must be correct, accurate and truthful on the day that it's received. It must also be updated once submitted if your circumstances change.
Don't apply based on what *might* happen at some point in the future..

Since then we haven't heard anything from CIC. Please any info on how long child spinssponso takes. I am currently in Nigeria with our son why my husband remains and works in cabada. Did you try obtaining a TRV so that your family can be together in Canada while you wait for the sponsorship to be approved?

It is not a guarantee that you will get approved for a TRV but I believe you can try and request for it.

We haven't tried that yet. Will difinitely consider that

I am filling the Quebec forms to sponsor my dependent child and it appears that the English translations of the form are no longer available. A couple of sentences in the forms are not clear and I seek help from the french speakers on this forum.

1. On the form A-1520-BF does this sentence mean provide any one of the following documents?

'Vous devez joindre un document parmi les suivants.'

2. On the form A-0546-GF what does this sentence mean?

'Est-ce que votre époux ou épouse, ou votre conjoint ou conjointe de fait se porte cogarant
de l’engagement avec vous ?'

My spouse will be the co-sponsor. But I am not sure if the sentence is asking if I have a co-sponsor or if the co-sponsor is living with me?
