Dependent Child PR status renewal. . .

Dear All

Suppose child 3 years gets PR card, and then family leaves Canada, later child PR expires. In future when child is adult can he renew this PR since he was minor at the time PR expired and did not have say in the decision to leave canada ?

Only if s/he attempts to return shortly after his/her 18 th birthday, when s/he would be considered an adult.
