Do our child must need to accompany us once we get PR ? As our daughter (under 19) want to stay with my parents and want to join us after 2-3 years . Is this put any impact on her PR validity ?

She has to land in Canada in order to obtain her PR status in the first place, she doesn't have to land with the primary applicant but must do so before a set date in the COPR.

In order to keep her PR she must live in Canada for at least 2 years in a 5 year period.
