Dependent child is notadded in express entry

I filed express entry profile and I am already in system (have points). However, my dependent child who lives with me in Canada is not added in the express entry account (when I was filing I do not think there was an option to add my son, I added only my wife).
Do I need to add him now? And how?
Can I add him once I will receive provincial nomination?

You have to add him or he would not be eligible to be sponsored.
