Dependent Chid

Hi,
Is a dependent fchild full time student over 22 years old, loses his status of dependent chid if takes (applying for Master) a 6 months off to attend the English course in a university?

Grey area. I would say he's still a full time student because he's taking an English course to prepare for his University but it could be used to say that he's not. Can he get an English course for over the summer instead?

Hi guys,
I think if at the time of issuing PR visa he/she is enroll at a full time creditential course (Master or PHD) and still dependent to his/her parents he/she is dependent child. I am not sure about the gap time. (6 months, 9months or a year)
anybody knows about the regulation in regards?
