Hi,
I am currently in the process of gathering all the documents required for stage 2 (FSW) along with my IELTS, Police Clearance etc.
While I was filling one of the IMM forms, I came across a field, where in I need to specify the dependency type for my spouse and my 18 months old daughter.

When I checked the link of guide to submit the application (sorry I could post link here), I could see for my daughter, I can mention the type as Type 1.

But I am not sure what to specify for my spouse. My spouse is working in a private organization. Thanks in advance.

Just pasting what mentioned in the link for your reference:
From the list, select the type of dependant:

Type 1The dependent is under the age of 19 and single (not married and not in a common-law relationship).Type 2The dependent is 19 years of age or older, has been financially dependent on a parent since before the age of 19 due to a physical or mental condition.

The following types of children are for applicants who started an immigration process before August 1st, 2014. Type AThe dependant is under the age of 22 and single (not married and not in a common-law relationship).Type BThe dependant has been continuously enrolled in and in attendance as a full‑time student at a post-secondary institution accredited by the relevant government authority and has depended substantially on the financial support of a parent either:
since before the age of 22, or
since marrying or entering into a common-law relationship (if it happened before the age of 22).
Type CThe dependant is 22 years of age or older, has depended substantially on the financial support of a parent since before the age of 22, and is unable to provide for himself or herself because of a medical condition.
