Hi.. I started my application for the provincial nomination before my son turned 19 but we just received the acceptance and he is now 19.. does that mean he cannot go on the application for permanent residence now??

Unfortunately 19 year old children cannot be included in the parents' PR application. They will have to try for PR separately later.

Your son can be included in your application because you submitted the application for nomination to the province before he turned 19. From the CIC web site: "the age of a child whose parent applies to the Provincial Nominee Program will be “locked in” on the date that the application for nomination is made to the province."
yes you will.if you go through the CIC forms you downloaded dependant has been returned to 22yrs by the new government and not 19yrs.YOU WILL NEED TO FILL A BACKGROUND SCHEDULE FORM AND POLICE REPORT.Pls go through the website
