I have a canadian work permit and my spouse has a dependant work visa. I am moving to US (waiting for US work visa to be issued). So my question is - what will happen with my spouse's worker visa? Can she still work in Canada while she's looking for a job in US?
I asked a few specialists, but I'm receiving vague responses...
Has anyone had to deal with such situation?
(I was pointed she can apply for permanent residence, which can make her work permit valid until PR is pending - but not sure if that's true)
