Dependant PP Renewal - PR in Medical status

Hi,

I have received Medical for my daughter. We got her new Passport since old one will expire by next month.

Her Visitor Record and Visa Stamping expires by next month. Do I need to renew her Visitor Visa or wait for PR card?

Is it possible to get stamping of her Visitor Visa at Buffalo in one day. I heard it can be done in person at Immigration office Buffalo.

Please advice.
