Dependant open Work permit - Planning for divorce

Hi,
I am on a dependant open work permit, that means, my work permit is linked to my husbands. But we have decided to go our separate ways and would get divorced soon. This work permit is valid till 2015 and I have a full time job too.
I wanted to know if I get divorced before 2015, then what will happen to my work permit? Will it be cancelled?
Please help.
