Dependant not listed on PR Portal

Hello,

My mom and I recently received an update regarding her refugee claim with instructions to send some information like eye color, height, etc to finalize and confirm PR (an email only she received). She received this email a few weeks back and sent the requested information. Today she received an email back with instructions to log into a newly created PR Portal. Upon logging onto this portal, I found that only my mother's profile was listed in which she needed to upload her Canadian address and a photo for the PR card. It did not have any mention of my name.

For a bit of a backstory, my mom applied and submitted her case in October 2022. After going to a hearing, she added my name to her PR application as a dependant. My application was officially submitted in July 2023. The average wait time to get a PR as a protected person in Canada is 25 months as of today. this would match up with her timeline. However, using the same logic my 25 months would be completed next year around July. Her portal shows her application status as "Decision made" and mine still shows "In Process". I am not sure if it makes a difference, but I am also an international student attending a University in Canada:

1. We received your application for permanent residence on October 4, 2022.
2. We started processing your application on July 31, 2023.
3. We sent you correspondence on July 31, 2023. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all the information that is required.
4. Medical results have been received.

This is the timeline of my mother's application:

5. Medical results have been received.

I did some searching and found some random responses for this situation. Some people mentioned that since my mother is the principal applicant, she will get PR first and then my name will be added to the PR Portal. Others said that they received 2 emails, one for the principal applicant and one for the dependant. However, in the email we received before the creation of the PR Portal, it was mentioned that if the principal applicant wishes to include their dependant in the same portal as them, then they would simply share the same email as the principal applicant (this is the approach we went with).

Has anyone gone through a similar situation or would have a solid idea as to what could be the outcome of this scenario? Would I be waiting another year to get a response for my PR or would I likely be received it shortly after my mother?
