Good day all,I will appreciate anyone who has an up to date information on dentist reloction to canada...I wish to apply for d federal skill programme.which assessing body will evaluate my credentials?is it WES or Canada Dental Council? Do I need to travel to canada for any qualifying exam before I can be considered for immigration?awaiting a prompt responses..thanks guys

I don't know about dentistry, but if you are a nurse or a doctor you still need to do exams in Canada to be accredited. I may be wrong

You don't need to be able to practice dentistry in Canada in order to apply to immigrate. You will have to get your education assessed by WES, ECA, etc but that is just to determine how your education will be evaluated for points. You will then have to pass the various exams or enrol in the international dentistry student program. Lots of info available if you google. There are tons of dentists in Canada especially in the larger cities.
