hello everyone, i am new here . i have been reading postings and the way someone comes up with so many views and information is just great . now i am a denied refugee claimant with a pending pra... i submitted my spousal application in march 2008 and it started april 2008 and was redirected to local office windsor in oct 2008. they had received my med papers. i was hoping someone can help me out as to when they think they will call me and my spouse in for an interview? is it wise to take our kids in with us? mine is 7yrs old and her's is 4 yrs old.we have no fear of them talking or anything as they can say anything as we are a legit couple. also we are same sex partners and both have one child from our previous marriage. now is some is replying to this does this situation of ours come as questionable to you as you are a third party and look at it in a different way. we have submitted all kinds of documents to show we are truely together: financial, insurance, letters from anyone who know about us. my spouse is well off and she has put me as her beneficiery on almost everything she owned. lots and lots of pictures. reciepts of things we bought for the house. we are giving it our 100% for this case as if im refused and sent back not only for what i was afraid for in my refugee claim but on top of that i can be imprisoned from 2 to life for being gay in my country of pakistan . and my son will be taken away so we cant leave any stone unturned. does anyone have their point of view to share with me it would be appreciated. can i get a deferal stay order if praa is negative and they send me a letter saying i have to leave, on these grounds? what should i do for more evidence any help?
