Good day
My boyfriend was denied fsw2014 due to 1 point less than the minimum requirement. Is there any other that we can be reunited permanently? Same sex marriage is not legal in my country of origin. Is there any other way? We have joint bank acoount, have daily conversations and i regularly send money. I needed more options. Help!

Based on your old posts, you were common law before you immigrated to Canada but failed to declare you partner in your PR application. Since you did not include your partner when you applied, you can never sponsor him.

Your partner will have to explore other ways of immigrating to Canada independently / on his own. He can take a look at the Express Entry program opening in January 2015.
