We had been together since 2016 and serious relationship started 2017 and in April 2018 we got married officially in Toronto, however my husband was deported coz he had overstayed, he'd no status at the the time as his PRA period was negative and time expired be4 I put on the application.

Thanks for for concern, he was deported last year in September, his not in Canada and we did apply as Outland,
I have not visited him yet .
He was interviewed last year in December and decision was made 3rd Jan this year
What is the full relationship history? How did you meet? Same religion/culture/education levels? Where is he from?
We are both from the same country but like I said be4 we met in Canada in 2016, and got married officially in Canada, our age difference is 3years, we share the same religion, our education is smillar, though his sexual orientation has history LGBT but changed
OK - that complicates the situation significantly and also explains a great deal. If he claimed asylum based on LGBT and then married you after the failed asylum claim, that makes it much clearer why IRCC had concerns your relationship isn't genuine.
This isn't a do-it-yourself case. You need to hire a good immigration lawyer to help you.
No one can really give you any advise beyond seek help from an experienced immigration lawyer. If your spouse claimed asylum based on being gay and now is saying he's straight, it's no wonder it was refused.
Did you use a lawyer or immigration consultant? You will want to use a very good lawyer if you plan to appeal (stay away from immigration consultants). If you did in fact use a lawyer for your application, you may want to switch to a different one for your appeal.
This situation is far too complicated for any of us to be able to help you.
It's going to be challenging to overcome this situation. It basically means that he either lied in his refugee application about his sexual orientation - or that his relationship with you isn't genuine. Again, too complex for this forum. You need to find an excellent lawyer to assist you.
