I just want to ask is it legal for my employers to demote me and reduce my pay from $17/hr to $13/hr.
even if my work load is still the same. The $4 difference in my hourly rate has affected my monthly expenses and responsibilities.
I am under closed visa and been only working with them for 6 months now. they reduced my pay back in 1st week of April. I hope someone can shed a light on this.
