Demand Draft for OOPNP

Guys,

I need to submit $1500 Demand Draft with my OOPNP application. My questions are

1. This draft has to be in Canadian Dollars i.e. 1500 $ CN or 1500 $ US ?
2. On whose name i have to get this draft ready ?
