Seattle VO has sent my passport and COPR on November 29th, 2012 to me at Edmonton, AB. Its the 9th business day I did not receive my passport yet. Seattle VO uses U.S Postal Service First Class Regular mail to deliver mail to Canadian addresses.
How long would it usually take for mail to come from US to Edmonton, AB, Canada.
What if passports and immigration documents get lost in the mail?
