Hi,
I've got the letter from Scarborough office asking some additional document and request to mail to suite 300. I am living nearby, can I drop by envelope myself or it has to be delivered through courier or mail?
Anyone tried it?
I would think you'd have to mail it, but I'd sure be interested to know what they'd say if it's just a document drop off. That said, they probably have intake procedures they like to follow to ensure things get handled and documented properly.

You know what? When I was waiting (did a lot of that) in the waiting area during my test/interview, I did see some people coming in, trying to see their case officer or deliver something. All were turned away by the security guards except one couple, who got to meet an officer. But I suspect they were from an earlier section when they were interviewed by the same officer, as they seemed to know him by name. I think they told the guards they wanted to see XYZ and a guard grabbed that officer... So if you don't even know who you are gonna give the delivery to, your chance of getting through the guards are pretty much zero... And the guards themselves don't take deliveries! I clearly heard them say "Just mail it" a few times.
