hi, can anyone tell in paper application ,how do we came to know about visa approved or refused ,if donot link online ,do they send mail of approval or rejection,,i apply on 17 march delhi visa office

They Won’t send you mail regarding the decision if your application is not linked online. You will receive a message via vfs that your decision envelope has been dispatched. You will get to know the decision once you get back your passport from vfs.

but my passport is dispatch due to covid 19 and has a letter that your file is under process,will i get any message or mail of decision
