Delhi visa decision- What does this mean?

Hi,

When we went to check our passport status from the VFS website it read:
"Processed Passport received at Delhi AC on 28/04/2010. Following documents are required for collection of the Passport:
• Original Invoice cum Receipt
• Passport stamped acknowledgement copy
Note: Should you wish to get your passport collected by your representative, you are required to handover a authority letter duly signed by you along with a photo Identity proof of your representative."
Does this mean we got a visa stamp or a rejection stamp on our passports???

It meant that the VFS office recieved the package from the Canadian High Commission in a sealed envelope and was not allowed to open it to see the results. But, they went to pick up their passports and they DID get the visitor's visa to Canada. In case anyone was wondering about timing. They dropped it at the VFS service center in Delhi on Monday and 2 days later, Wednesday the package was recieved back at the VFS service center with the message I previously wrote. That was sure quick!

Hello,
is it possible to get a detailed explanation from the visa officer after rejection,because i do not think he understand my residence permit,nor do i think he check my application documents very well.
