Delhi University B.Com successful evaluation with B. Business Administration

Hi everyone,

First of all thank you for reading this thread.

I am trying to find if my 3 year B.Com from Delhi University can be successfully evaluated with Bachelors in Business Administration. If anyone had any luck with my situation I would appreciate if you can advice what should I do next on this.

More background
I have 13 years of outside canada experience and most of it is in US for NOC 2171. This is the NOC I am trying to create my profile and for FSWP. I have a B.Com from DU and also have a GNIIT from NIIT which I am sure is not useful for evaluation purposes. I have also IELTS band as 7.5 (S 7.0, L 8.0, R 8.0 and W 7.0)

Your degree does not really matter for the purposes of your NOC evaluation. As long as you have a letter from your company that clearly defines your job and that definition matches the NOC, you'll be fine.

Besides, a Bachelors in Commerce is most definitely a "related discipline" to business administration.

Thanks a lot 21Goose. I have documented professional evidence till 2016 and can get rest as well which matches to the NOC 2171. I am going on with the next step to get my education evaluated.

One more thing

I am only able to get 396 points if I file myself as primary and add my wife (MS from US) for FSWP. She has not taken IELTS yet. Even if she takes I can only get max 20 for her english. If I put her as primary our score gets even lower than 396 with an assumption she is getting CLB 8/IELTS 6.5.

I know for sure she has to take IELTS to increase our score count and if I file myself as primary I can only get max 20 points so 416 and making her primary with hypothetical result (S 7, L 8, W 7, R 8) gets us at 438?

Do you think we should even bother filing for FSWP with this much score count?

And if no then what other options do we have? may be ontario express entry?
