Deleting old work experience for PR application?

Guys,

For my express entry application, I added all of my work experience (8 years work at 3 different companies, multiple NOCs).

Now, that I have received an ITA, I am required to submit details work experience certificates. Needless to say, my old employers are less than cooperative.

I have been working at my current employer for 4+ years and this work includes primary NOC experience of 2 years. Is it safe deleting previous employers' experience for my PR application?

If something is in your application, it is not advisable to delete it from your record, It will look really bad on your part.
4+ year work experience should be good enough for you.
However you can email your previous work companies for the experience certificate and have their email reply with you.
So if immigration officer asks you about work experience certificate from them, you can show them the email what that company sent you.
You can mention in your PR application that previous employer are non-compliant in providing work experience certificate and attach email copy.
