Delaying with SINP nomination

I received an ITA from SINP and submitted my documents. After that I applied for the CIPS license and successfully received it.
Next I received ADR from SINP for a CIPS license. They gave me one year to send it.
I don't want to send it right now because I'm planning a kid, I don't want to pile it all together: a newborn kid, the immigration to Saskatchewan, leaving my present job. My wife is quite old in my opinion, and she doesn't have much time, so we decided to linger with the CIPS license and send it before the deadline for ADR.
Technically, I'm not breaking any rules here. I will send SINP the license they want within one year. I still want to immigrate and live is Saskatchewan.

Question: Do I potentially put my nomination in jeopardy because of that? Because they will see that I had the license but waited for one year for no reasons. I do want to immigrate to Saskatchewan, but I also want to have a kid.

Please, don't tell me how I may not follow my plan. Yes, I can go to Canada, get PR cards and come back. Yes, I can have a kid inside Canada. All of that puts additional stress to my wife and a kid (if we have one, she's not even pregnant yet). The first year with the kid means lots of sleepless nights and problems - it's stressful even when you don't have any other problems, but then it gets MUCH easier later, in my opinion. So staying in Saskatchewan with a crying newborn, a crying wife (cause the first year she turns into a little baby too because of the stress), not able to sleep properly, not having a job in new country - that would be too much for me. I want first start sleeping properly - then I'll be able to deal with the rest.

Does the license show the date you acquired it?

Excuse me but all I can read is “ my wife is quite old, and doesn’t have much time”. Is she seriously ill with child. And then you say “she turns into a little baby too because of the stress”. Why would you assume that or say that about your wife. How many kids do you have since you know when it gets easier? Seems to be all about you getting good sleep.

If your wife is not even pregnant then no point in delaying application. Add newborn when born to documentation.

I am sorry if that sounded patronizing or sexist, I did not mean it. Yes, she had some health issues afterwards, but she has recovered by now.

Yes, it does.
So my two cents is there are risks in delaying but no one here can tell you how much of a risk. You'll be purposely delaying your response and they will see this based on the license date so there's some chance this may cause the province to challenge your intent to reside and increase the evidence burden. There are also other risks in delaying including changes to health, program cancelations, etc.

Ultimately your choice. However would be wrong to assume the delay creates no risks to your application.

So do you have children or not? Is she even pregnant? Don’t delay applying if she is not even pregnant. Moving to Saskatchewan is a big life change (assume you have been there).

Yes, we do have one child. No, she is not pregnant right now. I have never been to Canada before.

Thank you. In this case I will think how I could prove my strong intention to live in Saskatchewan in a letter where I could state that:
- I have tried to get 8887 score in IELTS for many years. Spent a lot of money and time on English courses, so I don't want to give up just like that;
- I'm unlikely to have another chance to immigrate to Canada because I'm old and my scores in EE/SINP are in decline. So SINP may not be worried that I can get a nomination from another province neither: I don't have relatives in Canada;
- I love children, we always planned to have exactly two children, that's why we find this important;
- Maybe I get a tourist VISA and visit Saskatoon and Regina for a couple of days, to improve my connection to Saskatchewan.

1-3 are not indicators of intent to reside in Sask. Usually intent to reside evidence are things like having existing family and friends ties there, having a job offer or starting to explore the job market and talk to employers, visiting the province, etc. It's also very possible IRCC won't ask for any of us. Ultimately impossible for any of us to guess what will happen. Your choice what you do of course
