Hello Everyone,
I have applied for PR and I am at the federal stage through PNP Ontario as following:
- EOI Ontario: 15th Nov. 2018
- Nomination by Ontario (Acceptance) : 21st Feb. 2019
- ITA (Federal) : 06th Mar. 2019
- Submitted my PR application: 14th Apr. 2019
As you all know, usual processing time is 6 Months, i,e 14th Oct. 2019 was the deadline,
However, up to now, still having my Application under process (20% of the applications take us longer due to ....etc. various factors).
- I am Algerian & applying from Algeria, hence, phone call is not possible (it used to be but now they're only accepting calls from US & Canada).
- I have ordered my notes on 6th Oct. 2019 , and they reverted with "notes delayed" claiming 90 days more as per legislation.
- Back in the days, I've sent a mail to Senator Goodale, who just mentioned "Eligibility not met" but without further details (this is why I asked my notes)
Questions:
Now, is anyone facing the same problem?
Any clue on what is happening ?
It is possible to see one's application rejected even after being selected by a Province ?
