Delayed Medicals Expiring ITA

My ITA expires on December and my medicals showed that i had to go for further investigation and it exceeds the application submission deadline.
What should I do? What could be better option?

Your Medical exam will be conducted well before December. So you will have enough time to submit PR.

In my medical case, I will have to take re CHEST xray on Jan 7 but my ita expires this december..
