Hello everyone. I am hoping you could help me out. I have received a letter last November 26, 2013 as stated below:
This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada.
In order to continue processing your application, we require the following:
a. Payment of the Right of Permanent Residence Fee/s (RPRF) each for yourself and, if applicable, your accompanying spouse/common-law partner.
If paying the RPRF by cheque or bank draft, you may send it by courier to the Canadian Embassy or personally by drop-box located at the Basement 4 of the RCBC Plaza. For the Embassy’s full address, refer to the upper left hand corner of this letter.
The payment must be submitted within sixty (60) days of this notice.
b. Complete medical examinations for yourself and, if applicable, for your spouse/common-law partner and all your dependent children, whether they are accompanying to Canada or not.
YOUR MEDICAL FORM(S) AND INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE SENT SEPARATELY TO THE SAME E-MAIL ADDRESS(ES) WITHIN 72 HOURS.
IMPORTANT: Immigration medical results are only valid for 12 months from the date of the examination.
You should make arrangements to undergo the required medical examinations within sixty (60) days from the date of this letter.
Failure to comply within the time frames given may lead to the refusal of your application. You must quote the application number noted above on all correspondence with this office.
I have paid for the RPRF, but the problem is, as of now, I have not yet received an e-mail for my medical instructions/forms. I'm starting to get worried since it has been almost 2weeks and given the 60-day time frame. Should I reply on the same e-mail address and ask a for the forms? please, please help me out guyz.
