Delayed Medical form and instruction , very worried

Hello,

Need your help with my situation,

We received our MR & RPRF last July 10, but until now we still dont have our Medical Form and Instructions which supposed to be emailed to us 3 days after we received the request. Anyone who had experienced the same situation?

What are we going to do?

You do not wait for your VO to send something they promised and they have not done so. Never wait for an action on something the VO promised - if they are late, inform them immediately and identify it is action waiting on them.

You should immediately reply back/inform the VO that the forms have not been received even after the promised 72hours. Reply back to the VO and tell them despite their promise, the forms have not been sent, and ask them to send them immediately.

We already sent them an email. Unfortunately, we will wait for another 28 days, the problem is that the deadline will be on August 10, one month after we received the said MR.

Why are you going to wait for 28days? Did you get a reply on your email to then instructing you to wait for 28days? Where did the 28 days come from? If this is an auto reply email - you do not wait as there is a deadline for you to complete medicals.

As I said - when it is the VO promising to give an applicant something within a timeframe (in this case the medical forms should be sent within 72 hours) - when after 3 days and you have not received anything - then you email your VO and you hold them to their promise.

You posted the same query in another thread - and if you read that thread, there are specific things you should be putting into a reply email if the VO has not provided the forms.

Yes. Many have experienced this. So if you are really sure nothing has been sent to you and/or there is nothing in your email spam folder, pressure your VO to send the forms. They are at fault.

We emailed them again this morning and yet , its the same automated message.

How long are we going to take this agony?

Its been 10 days since their last instruction to wait for 72 hours, we received the MR last July 10.
