Dear all,

I started as a Sole Proprietor on 28th September 2015 and did not register for the GST HST account however, I am charging GST HST amount from the Company I am providing my services. Today, I realize that I have to create one, so I did create a Account for GST/HST credit and also register a BN number, which will effect from 1st of January 2016.
NOW,

The question is how to inform/pay the GST/HST amount to CRA from 28th of Sep 2015 to 31st of Dec 2015?

Experienced people please guide me, is it beneficial to become a sole proprietor or go for incorporation? While I am an employee of a company who hired me as a contractor so I get a nominal bi-weekly payment on which I charge GST/HST to the company. I don't have any other business activities as of now.

Replies and comments are most welcome and one more thing, Is Qorex, Leon, Khan Ameen still around?
