"Experienced delays" is awfully broad - because if you read through posts here, just about every applicant thinks their application has 'been delayed' at some point, even when objectively finished well before the estimated time.

To keep it meaningful, would really suggest only including those that have already taken more than, say, 12 months.

Fully support this. Might not get enough traction, but I do agree some sort of statistics might help get an idea of what is even going on.
