delayed application

hi... wer from philippines i just wanna share and pls answer my questions. 2007 we recieved our file number sticker po and ang nakalagay po dun 48 months to wait ... we have a agency and last year our agency what to pay so that our application daw is to move 6 months to 1 year pwede na daw kami makaalis this is another contract...the first contract daw ay natutulog sa embassy wait lang daw namin yung other contract daw namin yun yung option if gusto namin, ask ko lang po sana if we pay that amount makakaalis na kami within 6 months to 1 year kasi po 5 years na po kami naghihintay...and if we refuse that agency may pagasa pa ba papers na nmin kasi my file number naman na po kami..any recommendation and suggestions po para po sa kalagayan ng papaers nmin we spend a lot a money na kasi and we are worried na...thanks po

If you could rephrase your question in English there may be a lot of people who can help you. Did you say you were paying an agency in the Philippines to get the visa for you?

Sorry, my Tagalog is terrible but the more I try and decipher it, the more I think you are paying an agency to get your visa. You should really rephrase your question in english and seek help here because it sounds like you need it!
