DELAY SEND DOCUMENTS

Hi guys, I have a terrible problem

When I apply for PR I send my police certificate from my country. I thought that this document was good but today I got an email from CIC and the request a new police certificate because the document that I send before is not legalize. I have to send the new one in a month and I dont have time for get a new one in this time because the process is really slow. Do you know what can I do?

Apply for that, try to get the proof for Apply. Send that Proof with Letter of Explanation to CIC through Case Specific Inquiry.
