Delay in WES evaluation

Good day, I am Dera a registered nurse RN in Nigeria. I applied for WES evaluation in 2023 but couldn't complete the requirements due to NMCN verification portal closure but I applied for the verification immediately they opened the portal September 2024 and it was approved. My WES requirements was completed and they confirmed through an email but they later sent another email few days later saying that they resent a mail to NMCN for reconfirmation of certificate and that I don't need to do anything at this point as it is between them and nursing council. I have been waiting for a reply since October till now and my WES status keep showing waiting for required documents. Please what do I do? Have anyone experienced this? P.s I have written a mail to NMCN to complain but no response since then. Thanks
