Delay in Study Permit

I applied for study permit on 04th of Nov,2016 till now I'm waiting it is about 10 months till now. I am very worried about this situation.

So in all this time you have not contacted IRCC to find out what has happened to your application. From where did you apply ? Did you apply yourself or through some agency. ? What happened after all this time to your college or university offer letter ?

I got my last updates on 29th of this month, after that
