Delay in Study permit application

I applied on March 21, my medical was updated on July 4. I'm yet to get a passport request letter. Can anyone let me know if sending a web form will delay the application's progress?

I'm as clueless as you are. I don't know what to do. I've already booked my flight tickets for August end. I'm really frustrated and worried. BTW when did your medical get updated?

Medical passed on 12may
After that no updates
I already send two web form enquiries but no use of doing that
I think

Sending a web form enquiry no fee required, when or if you get a response no way to predict.

If it is past the normal processing time listed on IRCC you can send webform it doesn't delay anything.
