Delay in Passport Return

I'm from India, and am studying in the USA as an international student.
I sent my visa application via USPS Express Mail and it was delivered on the 25th of October. And I still haven't got it back.

I have a flight back to India on the 10th of December!

What can I do?

pardon my ignorance, but what does this have to do with Canada Immigration ? Having said that, I would definately be making calls/e-mails and I would definately have a Plan B Dec 10 and you left it til now ?

u sent your pp in Oct.... but i sent my PP in July 16 (delivered to CHC ND)...still no news..no update..i m in london and i m missing my families in whole diwali...we cant do anything..just to wait...and forgetting everything..carrying out our normal duties..
