I am inland and my dependent is outland, after the RFV email we submitted his passport and other documents through VFS since over 1 month now, only to get an email from Accra IRCC office on Tuesday 20th August, asking for his passport photos again without any details on what happened or how to send to them. I tried sending through DHL to their office but was rejected at the gate, anyone with experience on how to handle this? though i have sent webform and emails but no response yet.
However, as an inland am still waiting for ecopr after confirming residence in Canada and uploading photos, nothing has happened since 1 month now.
