Delay application

I apply for TRV ,submitted my application December 17th 2018 and I receive an email from vfs telling that my application is accepted and been fowarded to Canada embassy and since then I couldn’t hear any information about my application and it exactly a month I submitted and when I track my application I keep getting no record found on vfs portals
