Degree Translation for WES

I want to get my Degree evaluated by WES.
I did my Bachelor of science from Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University Jaunpur which comes under the list of autonomous university so I can send attested copy of my mark sheet instead of transcript.

But part of my Mark sheet and degree is in Hindi so my question is

1-Do I have to get my marksheet and degree translated first and then get english translated copy attested from university and send to WES

OR

2-Get the Xerox of original copy (which is in Hindi) attested from university and send English translation copy separately.

OR

3-Need to attest both Xerox of original and English translation copy to send WES

Also any authorized pointer for document translation?

I did my BTECH from MIET affiliated from VBS and want the same information. Can you please tell me if you were able to get the ECA done trhough WES or any other body? Were the transcripts enough?

Hi Vishnu and Nitin, did you guys get any reply or success? I did my Btech (1998-2002) from MIET Meerut and this college was affiliated to VBS jaunpur university. Do i need my marksheets transcripts from university for WES? I am not finding any way, looking if guys got any success.
