I'm an Indian citizen currently studying MSc in Management in the UK. I will be finishing my course in Sept 2019 and will be graduating in Feb 2020. I was planning to apply for Skilled visa express entry in Oct 2019 after I finish my visa. Do I need to submit a graduation/degree certificate while applying for the visa ? Should I wait till February and only apply after my graduation. If required, I can provide a letter from my University stating that I will be graduating in Feb 2020. Basically, I don't want to wait till Feb 2020 to apply for the visa. I wish to apply asap after I finish my course in Sept 2019
P.s. I have done my Bachelors degree from India in 2017.
