i need your support in ECA assessment process.
first, my question is, can u attest the official degree copy and got sealed evelope before launching an application on WES, IQAS OR CES online, paid fees, then dispach the sealed envelope which is sealed earlier may be 3 to 4 month earlier plus write reference number on it.
is it possible this way? or u have to attest and sealed envelope after getting the reference number online.
