Hi Experts,
I am Pakistani working in Saudi Arabia.
My occupation is Computer Network Engineer with 8 years experience.

Basic qualification is 2 Year Bachelor degree in Arts (BA) (Subjects: English,Persian,Punjabi,Arabic).2008

To get a job i did some Vendor Certificates:
MCSE: Microsoft Certified System Engineer 2008
CCNA: Cisco Certified Network Associate 2009
CCNA RS: Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing & Switching 2015
CCNP RS: Cisco Certified Network Professional Routing & Switching 2015.
CCIE RS: written exam Pass January 2016

Age :31
Language: English Fluent 6/6.5 bands in IETLS easily
marrieddaughter age 1 year)
No education in Canada
no work experience in Canada
no job offer in Canada
no relatives in Canada
Wife education: Master in Arts (Islamic Studies) + B.Ed
Language :English 5 in IETLS.

Guys let me know how can I apply for Immigration.

I emailed Saskatchewan immigration offices regarding this same question. Their answer was that they can only make an accurate assessment on that once you have submit your application. I'm guessing there's a bit of flexibility on that particular subject that will be determined by certain factors.
