I need to assess my master degree only though WES, do I need to send the certificate and transcript of my bachelor? Where I have finished my master degree from Saudi Arabia and bachelor degree from Palestine territory.

You can assess your highest degree only if you want.

It is mentioned in the website "Academic transcripts issued in English by the institutions attended for all post-secondary programs of study.", but I am not sure if you need to ask your institute in Palestine to send your bachelor academic transcript to WES.

It is always suggested to send both your bachelor's and master's documents.

Thanks all for your replies, however the WES shows that I must submit both BS and MS transcripts, no way to submit only MS degree.
