Degree equivalence

Hello Everyone,

I need some help. I have completed my Bachelor in software engineering (4-year program). Most of the people tell me. It's equivalent to a Master degree. tell me which attesting body consider is a Master degree? I think WES does not consider it as a master degree. I also done a Postgraduate diploma(PGD) in HRM (I-year) from a virtual University.

which testing body access my point as master Program?
