i have pursued two degrees simultaneously in same academic year in regular mode which is not permissible/allowed according to university act and my degree has been cancelled.
i am applying under family class.
will i be inadmissible person under committing an act of IRPA?

So both your degrees were cancelled or just one? You have to submit certificates for completed degrees. Since your degree was cancelled so its like you didnt even complete it or it no longer exists.
