Degree Attestation from Delhi University for WES to Canada

Hi, I just got transcript for WES Canada from Delhi University, North Campus. But they refused to include copy of my degree certificate with it saying they cannot do that and I have to apply for attested degree certificate from North Campus. I stay in UAE. My degree certificate is attested by UAE & Indian embassies and by ministry of external affairs in UAE and India as I needed it for work purposes. How do I send this degree certificate copy to WES? The university people are not accepting it to even put along with the transcript marksheets in the sealed envelope. Please help.

The degree copy has to be sent by you and does not need to attest from anyone. Just send the coloured copy of the degree as it is via courier or DHL. However, your transcripts have to be sent via speed post through the post office in North Campus.

Did they carry out a secondary verification for you once they received the transcripts from the university ?

No, they did not do secondary verification for my degree. The might had done it, but I never received such update.
