Degree Assesment - BC PNP

Dear Members,

I applied for BC PNP but still in process. My immigration consultant asked me to Assess my degree thru WES.

I just want to clear whether this process is required even if i am applying thru BC PNP because i heard educational assessment is required only for FEDERAL GOVERNMENT PROGRAM

I think you dont need it though. Thats for FSW only. Most of my frnds have appied for bc pnp and no one has got their degrees assessed. I believe your consultant wants to confuse you thats it.
