Degree and 1 year Diploma for ECA Assessment

I have 2 questions, kindly help
1) Along with my 4 yr Bachelors degree, I have a one year diploma in computer and internet technology from an online institute (http://s651631481.onlinehome.us/aiimas/) but that institute isn’t mentioned anywhere on UGC etc. sites (it’s just an autonomous, private entity), will WES consider it for ECA?
2) Under ‘Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) tool: skilled immigrants (Express Entry)’ with ‘Two or more certificates, diploma or degree’ as Level of education I get a score of 441, do you think it’s good enough to get an invite? (If I just show bachelors then my score falls down to 408). Please advise

1 - The cost of sending your documents for evaluation is charged per person. So it doesn't matter if you give only degree or degree plus diploma, it costs the same. Hence the best option is to send BOTH and then see what WES says. If it is not UGC recognized, is it AICTE recognized? We can never say since WES has their own methods to evaluate qualifications. Send both the transcripts to them and wait for their ECA. There is no way anyone here can help you since no one can say for sure.

2 - Yes, 441 is good enough to get an invite at the moment. 408 is not good enough at the moment. People constantly talk about scores going down on here but people have been saying that for years and no one can say for sure until and unless it really falls to that level.

Hi All ,
I just received my WES ECA result for my PGDM(IMT CDL) stating that it is from a "Non Recognized Institute" . As per the UGC website , the institute and the course is recognized . Please suggest .
