Deferred offer letter

Today i got a email to provide the uodated LOA for sept intake as i have applied for may.

But i have already submitted my deferred offer letter on 21st june through web forum. Now they are requesting for the same again. What should i do now???? Anyone pls hlp

So I am assuming you have the option to attach a letter on the online portal on CIC. I would recommend you attach the letter and also attach a one to para explanation mentioning this information about you deferring your admission. Sometimes they mix up. Lot's of issues happening in the Visa offices.

Did you apply online ?

If so, log into your GC Key, then click on check full application status.

The click view submitted applications or upload documents.

You should then see an option to upload your letter of acceptance. Remember to upload and then click next.

Hello, I've got my Canadian Student visa approved and stamped on my passport last month on July 2021 and my program start date was sept 2021 but I couldn't attend classes so I cancelled it and applied again and got admission in the same course and same DLI for sept 2022, do I need to apply again for my Visa? Although, I have the same DLI and same course but still do I need to reapply again, can I not show my new valid LOA which I have received. Please let me know?
I do have a valid Visa till 2023.. please do let me know.
