Deferral and revoked admission

I tried registering for online classes for my program at Conestoga due visa issues(study permit still in process) which they said i am already late for registration and asked if i want to request a deferral. I requested a deferral and got an email saying the offer for my project management program for May 17th 2021 has been revoked. Is this part of a deferral process or has my admission been totally revoked?? Please i need an urgent response.

If they have not provided you a new letter, I assume your admission has been revoked

Your admission is revoked after late registration… i would also advice not to start studies before your permit is approved
